Job Description:
A company is looking for a ROI Technician to manage the release
of patient medical records remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume requests for patient information in compliance
with HIPAA and regulations
Compile department statistics and assist in special projects to
meet departmental goals
Perform document imaging and ensure timely distribution of records
to requesters
Required Qualifications
One or more years of post-high school education in medical records
or equivalent experience
At least one year of experience working with medical records or
health information management
Strong technical skills in Windows software applications and EHR
systems
Ability to work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple
tasks effectively
Knowledge of health information practices and principles
