Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Team Lead to
provide direction to their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer support representatives
to ensure optimal performance
Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance
skills and knowledge
Analyze metrics and KPIs to improve customer service processes and
maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support supervisory role,
preferably in a contact center environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in influencing and motivating employees to meet
performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to enhance efficiency in
high-pressure situations
Extensive experience in client interactions with a focus on
satisfaction and loyalty
