The individual we are looking for enjoys working in a team environment but also excels at working at an individual level.Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pmWhat we offer:

  • Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and providing support in the recruitment process
  • Identifying qualified candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
  • Managing job applicant flow and coordinating interviews with recruiting coordinators and hiring managers
  • Coordinating and setting up interview appointments with job applicants
  • Gathering feedback from managers and continuously working as a recruitment partner
  • Assisting with other projects as neededQualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related work
    • Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
    • Experience recruiting in a high volume environment preferred
    • 1-3 years of experienceSkills:
      • Ability to multi-task, make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
      • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
      • Must be able to speak, write, and understand English to effectively communicate
      • Experience with Workday a plus
