Job Description:

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner with MAT experience for a fully remote position in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and coordinate treatment plans
Provide telehealth patient engagement and monitoring, utilizing technology effectively

Required Qualifications

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder in an outpatient setting
3 or more years of clinical experience as an NP or RN preferred
Degree from an accredited nursing school and graduate-level nurse practitioner program
Experience managing substance use disorders through medication-assisted recovery
