Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to customer success leadership and
influence department strategy
Develop and document processes for the customer journey, including
launch, adoption, expansion, and renewals
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving
customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer operations, preferably in a B2B
SaaS company
Prior experience implementing Gainsight is required
Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Mixpanel, and Power BI is
desirable
Prior experience leading system and tool development related to
customer success management
Strong understanding of customer journey and customer operations
processes
