Daily responsibilities include developing and optimizing treatment plans, conducting quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with radiation oncologists and dosimetrists to deliver personalized patient care. The Lead Medical Physicist will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, contributing to clinical research, and driving innovations in proton therapy techniques.What's Needed to Succeed:

• Current Therapeutic Radiological Physicist License
• Advanced degree in Medical Physics
